The reception staff were cute on arrival. I was checked into my room before the advertised time. the room was spacious! it offered a view of the pool. the hotel is located on the main road with bus connections.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. fresh and hot food was always available, and cava was a nice touch. rooms are tastefully decorated, and spacious bathrooms feature great showers. superb outside areas provide comfortable seating with sea views. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
Check-in was done online, but i still had to queue for a long time. i waited with a child to receive a dirty room. the mini fridge burned and failed to cool drinks. This wasn't great. the cleaning service felt random and messy. Room was never properly cleaned.

the hotel had a great location right on the sea front. bus stops were conveniently located outside for easy travel. i found the staff helpful and the food selection at the buffet meals satisfactory.
the furniture in the room looked somewhat damaged and not well kept. limited wardrobe space made it difficult to store clothing for four people. i noticed ants in the room during the first week, requiring multiple interventions to resolve the issue.

The hotel's proximity to the beach was convenient. I cannot deny that.
The room cleaning was inconsistent. One day, they just didn't bother. I also found the dinner buffet mediocre. The food seemed recycled from lunch. The noise levels were unacceptable. I heard other guests until late, I could barely sleep.

I found the hotel generally well kept. My room had a great sea view from the balcony, and I spent many relaxing moments there. The staff were helpful with directions and local recommendations, though the check in process was a little slow. The multiple pools provided options. I especially liked the rooftop area!
The gym was quite small and got crowded during peak hours. There was limited equipment making it hard to get a full workout.

The room was lovely. i had a queen size bed i found very comfortable. the walk-in shower was large and the bathroom was well-appointed. staff members were very helpful and polite. They really seemed to care. the restaurant offered plenty of seating, always clean.
the furniture and doors look damaged. there wasn't enough space for clothing, so i had to ask for more hangers.
